Human Resources Consultants as an HR Advisor Consultant. Your boss has asked you to produce a report/paper that will be given to MoneyMakes Inc., a Canadian client company of roughly 600 employees working in the investment industry. The report/paper will be circulated to the HR department and company senior management of MoneyMakes Inc. The report/paper objective is to look at the growing HR issue of anxiety among employees in the workplace. One example is social anxiety, a subset of anxiety. Listen to the 27.44 minutes of the following CBC radio clip about social anxiety and a way a person has found for dealing with social anxiety. Keep in mind MoneyMakes Inc. wants you to look at the broader issue of anxiety but is open to your looking at aspects of anxiety, like social anxiety, within your report/paper. Remember your task is to look at what organizations can do to deal with employee anxiety not to provide advice on dealing with anxiety. However, in the recommendation section you can include ideas from research and organizations on ways to assist employees in dealing with anxiety. Paper should be 12-point Times New Roman font. Margins 1” top, bottom, left and right. You can use tables or appendices that will exceed the page limit. Referencing APA style. APA in reference section and for in-text citations Be sure to use headings and subheadings in your paper. Include an introduction and conclusion. Place your name and student number in a header. How can organizations balance employee privacy and managing anxiety in the workplace? Is the idea that organizations manage this issue a conflict of interest? For example, according to the article from SHRM “She believes that HR departments of the future may need to consider hiring professional therapists to augment the employee assistance programs (EAPs) that many companies offer.” Should such support be offered by an organization or from an individual or organization separate from an employer? Explain. 5. List and explain recommendations. Go beyond the recommendations in the SHRM article. e.g. consider building/offices/workspaces design e.g. organizational benefits e.g. productivity and keeping employees working e.g. health and wellness programs
